A practice built around the question adults actually need answered
Anan Capital exists to give adults in their forties, fifties, and beyond a steadier footing when they encounter funds, debt structures, and investing decisions — without the noise of a sales environment.

Anan Capital was established on Silom Road in Bangkok with a single, practical purpose: to offer adult learners financial education that begins with their actual situation rather than a generic curriculum. The name draws on the Thai concept of anan — a considered request, a thoughtful inquiry — and that spirit shapes how every programme is structured.
The founding team noticed a consistent gap: adults who had spent decades building careers and managing households often approached retirement-adjacent financial decisions with far less preparation than they had brought to other areas of life. Not because they lacked the intelligence or the will, but because they had never encountered financial education designed for their stage of life. Most formal financial education is aimed at younger adults. Most financial services are structured around product sales. Neither serves someone at forty-five who wants, above all, to understand what they are looking at.
The response was a curriculum built around three practical areas: understanding the structure of Long-Term Equity Funds and how the Thai tax framework interacts with them; reviewing the cashflow reality of a mid-career household with candour and without judgement; and developing the historical perspective needed to evaluate Thai and regional markets without being driven by short-term headlines.
Sessions are kept deliberately small. Materials arrive in advance so that time together focuses on questions and discussion rather than note-taking. Where possible, participants leave with something written down — a summary, a framework, a one-page picture of their household balance sheet — that they can read again at home before making any decision.
Anan Capital does not sell investment products and does not receive referral fees from financial institutions. The educational relationship ends where the programme ends, and participants are encouraged to bring what they have learned to a regulated financial advisor of their own choosing.

Financial Education Rooted in Bangkok's Working Reality
Bangkok's financial landscape for adults in their middle decades is shaped by a particular combination of factors: a maturing private pension sector, the ongoing role of Long-Term Equity Funds and Retirement Mutual Funds in personal tax planning, and a stock exchange that rewards patience and punishes reactive decision-making. These are not abstract considerations — they affect households across Silom, Sathon, and the wider city every year.
Anan Capital's programmes are written for this environment. The LTF reading group uses Thai-specific tax scenarios. The cashflow review takes account of household structures that are common in Thailand — including family-support commitments that generic financial planning tools rarely address. The weekend market workshop draws on SET historical data going back decades, helping participants build perspective that is grounded rather than speculative.
Our location on Silom Road puts us at the centre of Bangkok's financial district, which means participants arrive with practical context and leave with frameworks they can apply. We regard financial education for adults as a service the Thai professional community has long needed — and one that deserves to be delivered with the same seriousness that participants bring to every other professional development they undertake.
